Happy Memorial Day Weekend. Here is my recipe for my Funky BBQ Ribs Dry Rub.

The ingredients you will need are as follows:

  • 1 rack of Pork Ribs
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning (Bayou Seasoning From New Orleans)
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Jerk Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Salt Free Garlic and Parsley Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1-1/2 cups Brown Sugar

Mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and apply to your ribs.

Check out my video to see how I get down and hook up my ribs!

  • Hello, this may seem strange and if you are offended its only because you do not know me. My name is The Fabulous Pitmaster T… I worked for the Illustious Arbitor of all things funky, Popdaddy before he died. You may have seen his videos before he died. I also happen to be a strong Black Women but cursed inside a white man’s body. I too am funky. I mean so funky I often can’t sleep with myself.

I wouldm like to start a little … culinary romance with you. If you are married baby, that ain’t nothing to do with us. Its about my language, my code… its about bringing the heatwave up to a philup bailey, making it funky, close the high hat up, back off the mics like Vandross (Turn out the Lights) and letting it break out in a cold sweat for a boogie night. No doubt you can tell what I just said was, “bring the heat up to a simmer, stir, cover with a lid, and put in the fridge overnight.”

If you speak my language. If you don;t call your spices by the name white men gave them but by the music that flavors….if you recognize Chaka as Cumin, Tina Turner as Paprika and George Clinton as salt.. well then I wanna play with you.
