Barack Obama recently made the following comment in a Rolling Stone interview about his Republican opponent in the 2012 Presidential Election, “You know, kids have good instincts. They look at the other guy and say, Well, that’s a bullshitter, I can tell.”
He is right, kids tend to have the right instincts about people. As always, adults can learn a lot from their kids, because if their interaction serves as a proxy for their vote they have picked the right guy in the last two elections. Seems like kids naturally gravitate towards the man with the golden touch when it comes to kissing babies, Barack The Baby Whisperer. I don’t think I have ever seen anything quite as cute, or any politician with as positive a track record with the baby constituency as Barack Obama.
