Here are the items that you will need:

- BBQ Sauce (See my post on my BBQ sauce)
- Cherry Wood Chips – let them soak for 30 minutes in water so they don’t burn
- Salad (See my post on my House Salad)
- Savory Roumalade – dressing for my salad
